LighTec, Inc. is New Hampshire's largest provider of precision engineered lighting solutions.   Since our inception in 1990, we have evolved into a regional company providing energy efficient, cost effective energy solutions for a diverse range of customers throughout New England. The markets we serve include: Commercial and Industrial, Federal, State, and Local Government, Healthcare, K12- Higher Education, Hospitality & Entertainment.  We provide a total solution from design to waste disposal for energy efficient systems that reduce your operating and maintenance costs. Our primary focus is reducing electricity costs by designing and installing state-of-the-art lighting solutions without compromising the lighting quality.  We do this through innovative engineering and state-of-the-art technology. We design and install energy management systems, as well as recommend and perform upgrades to the building shell and HVAC systems. We also work closely with the utility companies to secure any incentives that are available through their energy conservation programs, such as the PSNH Smart Start Program as well as their Large and Small Commercial and Industrial rebate incentive programs.

James Grady - President/Owner

Founded LighTec, Inc. in 1990, after an extensive career in industrial lighting and energy conservation.

Jim has positioned LighTec on various state and national boards such as the Public Utilities Commission's Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Energy (EESE) Board and the national Environmental Defense Fund Small Business Representative for New Hampshire, Senator Jeanne Shaheen's Small Business Advisory Council, the Manchester Chamber of Commerce Green Steering Committee, Carbon Coalition's Local Energy Committee Working Group and is an apointee to the CORE Utilities Committee. Jim received a special recognition award from the NH OEP and the federal DOE for energy innovation.  Jim was also the 2008 recipient of the NH Business Review's Excellence Award for Business Services.
 
His personal passions are golf, rebuilding vintage Ford Mustangs, discussing politics and his family.
 
 
 

Kathy Beliveau - Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsible for annual sales projections and strategies, the development of new clients, resolves customer service issues, oversees the general performance of the Sales/Marketing Department.

Kathy has been in sales and marketing for over 12 years.  She has developed a very strong work ethic based on honesty, integrity and putting the client first.   Her primary responsiblities are focused on generating sales leads, negotiating contracts and resolving customer service issues.  She has also developed and maintains a close relationship with state and local political committees, the CORE utilities and Chambers of Commerce focusing on energy issues.
 
Kathy's personal passions are gardening, hiking with her husband, Steve, and their dog Zeus, cooking, and keeping in touch with her far flung family.
 

Nancy Gray - Office Manager

Nancy has over 23 years experience in office management and general accounting.  Her work and education history reflects the strong willingness to assist a company to grow to it's full potential.

Nancy's duties include material ordering, tracking shipments to either LighTec or the job sites.  Tracking contractor's hours and disbursements during the life of the project.  She prepares general ledger entries and monthly balances the accounts.  She prepares and sends out monthly customer statements and follows up with delinquent accounts to arrange for payment of overdue invoices.  Nancy also prepares quarterly federal and state payroll reports as well as yearly 1099 and W2 forms.
 
Nancy's personal passions are cooking, gardening, collecting all things cows, and getting together with her family.
 
 

Deborah Kravitz - Auditor

Deborah's technical background in the electrical and electronics fields extends over 17 years.  Her 15 years of military experience gives her the depth necessary to undertake the complexities of performing her auditing functions in addition to possessing the skill s to successfully project manage.

Jodie Lucci - Part Time Technical Assistant

Jodie has 5 years experience in the energy efficiency industry. Her prior experience includes 7 years experience as a research scientist at BioGen. Jodie maintains LighTec’s proprietary auditing software and assists with data entry and other office support functions

Jodie's personal passions center around reading, her various volunteer groups such as the La Leche League, speaking at various state hearings for the league as well as home schooling issues while raising and home schooling her 3 children.
 

Meghan Hoye-Associate

Meghan has had over fourteen years experience in the energy-efficient lighting industry.

Meghan conducts energy audits, engineers the parojects and assists with general sales and marketing tasks.  While woking for ICF International, where she managed the US EPA ENERGY STAR for residential new construction lighting initiative she was responsible for the technical support, strategy, design, implementation and marketing for this high priority project. She also assisted in the outreach efforts for the DesignLights Consortium High Performance T8 (HPT8) Systems program coordinated by Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP).
